Saturday, June 19th, 2010

Running a business with children in the house can be a challenge. Making calls to potential customers or training calls can be difficult when the children want you to get on the floor to play. If your business is strictly online and you don’t have any calls to make it’s much easier.

There are a lot of different things you can do, but you need to think about your children when you’re making this decision. Think about their age and what they enjoy doing. Here are a few things for you to consider. read more

Do you have Work at Home Fears

Monday, March 8th, 2010

Whether your fear is running a home business from home or working a job from home, there are ways around it. There are ways you can be successful from home.

I have read on several forums how people fear working from home because they don’t think they’ll have what it takes to work without a supervisor standing over their shoulder. I’ve also read how people don’t think they have the will or the power to make it happen.

The first thing you need to do is stop talking negative about yourself and your business. Always have a positive attitude and always talk positive abut what you do and how you do it. When you are negative it will have an impact in your business and your life.

One thing that will help you stay positive is to find someone that will encourage you. This may be your spouse, parent, or a friend. If you feel these people won’t be able to help you, you’ll need to find someone online or within your business that will help you. This person could be a team member or you could hire a coach.
